      I had a brief phone interview, then rec'd an email indicating they would like me to fill out the attached forms, return them and I will be contacted for an interview. I received a email letter indicating the day and time of interview.I sent in all requested documents. The work authorization information wasn't approved. I called the Recruiter; I needed a second form of work authorization. The process took a couple of emails, but I didn't experience any lengthy time frame. It was getting closer to the interview day.Contract recruiters are very busy and they were working on several contracts for the local universities, Follet bookstores. At the interview there were 15 people there (it was how the university choose to interview).NXTThing also handled the payroll and payment. That went very smoothly, I set-up direct deposit.After the contract project ended, NXTThing sent me a Thank You letter and will keep my information on file for other projects.This is all excellent customer service.

      I've been seeing alot jobs on indeed that aerotek is posting .I applied.to.3.or.I got a.call back that same.Day some girl saying how the were impressed by My resume and My work experience, all My osha certifications.We set the interview 1pm the next dayI get there and we start the interview than after I fill out all there paper work and drove 25 miles the girl new.how far I had to drive and at the end if the interview she informs Me that all four of the jobs I applied for all the spots had been filled. The lowest pay that I would take was $19.50 an hr. S he than with smile.The only Jon I have opening for pays $13 an hr.$6.00 below the minimum I would take .Sense that day I have applies for 10 more jobs through them and mind you I'm more than qualified fir these jobs tons of experience in several fields If I get anything from them wich is rare the tell thanks for applying but we picked someone else .I think they discriminating against me because I am 53 can bot think of another reason. I don't think this aerotek has very many contractors because I have never seen one and I have been there several times

      This is a very corrupt company that works with insurance carriers to create fictitious jobs for injured workers and then sends out obscure notifications that are intended to look like junk mail so that the injured worker does not show up for the appointment and then the insurance company cuts off their disability benefits. I am an attorney that has worked in the Worker’s Compensation filled for over 35 years and this company purposely misleads injured workers and abets the insurance company in denying their benefits.

      There three times I worked for this people they had me doing the lowest of the lowest tasks for any project even tough I was "hired" by them cause of my high qualifications and extensive experience. I am visual merchandiser with over 20 years of experience working for major international brands and department stores. The good jobs were given to inexperienced Caucasian girls that did nothing but giggle and say "OH MY GOD" all day. To this day, they have the audacity to ask me for referrals for jobs that I am perfect for without the decency to answer email and a phone call. On the days of social media you can get a better gig on your own, this people are the ones that make this industry unbearable.
