These guys know what they're doing.That should be a standard but in the industry, this simply isn't always the case.Some companies are founded on software, but Rand seems to be founded on making business more efficient or solving business ess problems. Software is just one of their tools.

Called to speak to someone in IT regarding some of the technologies they have as it seemed as though they had some interesting offerings. I asked a guy (Michael Honore) to hear a bit more and he said "that's great, I'm working" and hung up on me. Perhaps he isn't working too hard as I tried calling the sales number on their website and it was the cell phone number of a former employee who hasn't worked there in a long time. Needless to say he had some not so nice things to say about this "disorganized and unprofessional" company.
