The rep Laurianne Usanase snuck a meeting in my calendar and her team tried to ambush me with a sales presentation. I think they are just randomly inviting people to meetings, hoping they accept and then hoping they can force a sale. I am not sure how they thought that would work but it took 15 minutes of my time to figure out what was going on. This was pretty awful and underhanded.

Greene IS delivers outstanding service and support that exceeds expectations every step of the way. Their team of experts are knowledgeable and capable of handling any project no matter the complexity. I've personally worked with their team to tackle difficult projects that required outside of the box thinking to develop creative solutions for complex problems. But let's face it - things don't always go as planned. There's always a risk of something going wrong; a bad data dump, an unexpected server reboot that kills your entire migration midway, etc. and that's where Greene IS stands apart from the crowd. Their team plans for the unexpected and can work quickly to address issues as they arise to ensure that your project is delivered on time and as expected. No matter your project - big or small, Greene IS has the tools and more importantly the people you want working with you. Help Desk always quickly assesses the issues and solves them. Very nice and professional to work with. With them at your side, you don't have to sit and struggle with tech issues which take up valuable work time. You just call and they take care of it.
