My experience with Markup Designs was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time.The company calls candidates for interviews, selects them, and gives verbal confirmation. However, after almost a week, at the time of sending the offer letter, they suddenly say that the position is “on hold.” This shows a serious lack of planning and professionalism.What made the experience worse was that they asked me to come to the office for multiple days. Almost 4 days were wasted, where I was asked to sit in the office and wait for the interview to happen, often for the entire day, without any proper scheduling or respect for a candidate’s time.Calling people repeatedly, making them visit the office, keeping them waiting for hours, and then canceling the position at the final stage is highly unprofessional. Candidates invest time, energy, and travel costs, which the company seems to completely ignore.Overall, Markup Designs needs to seriously improve its recruitment process, interview scheduling, and communication. Candidates deserve clarity, transparency, and basic respect for their time. "
