Recently was recommended to try Zehlm for a new website. I had been using one of the popular online providers but they recently raised their prices. Upon contacting Zehlm, they responded quickly and professionally to my needs and questions. We were able to get a newly refreshed website with email and all for a better cost per year than my last web provider. My website is small but I have a good customer group that I have had over 5 years. I don't do fancy but just the basics with communication posts and a quarterly newsletter. I can manage it all from my phone, or my tablet instead of my desktop.I would recommend Zehlm for future website/web service needs.

I wouldn’t use them again. They did a great job on our website, but the whole SEO part of everything was absolutely terrible. They tried to say we were on the front page of Google and every time I would look us up we were always 18 or lower. I even did it with them on the phone and typed in exactly what they told me to and I was still around the 20 area and they were telling me I was within the first 5. They only reason I gave them 1 star is for their website they made for us that we lose after we cancelled with them. Hopefully they did better for other businesses but for ours they were not good. Unfortunately, we had to pay for 6 months of horrible service. Over promised and under delivered services. If they were as good as they say they are they would have a money back guarantee if they can’t produce. Customer service is horrible since you can’t get a straight answer from them. I also had 4 different case managers in 6 months. The only reason I stayed with them for that long is because I had to. Worse $1800 I spent in a long time.

Contacted them via Upwork and talked to their CEO. Scheduled a call with Sales Manager and discussed the details of the 2 screens I wanted them to develop. After 24 hours had elapsed they let me know they don't have time to work on my project because they accepted two other projects before me. So instead of showcasing their skills and designing 2 screens out of many they just rejected the potential long-term customer either because of 2 screens, not believing I have more, or not caring for attracting more customers.
