  As an IT Director, I've worked with several MSPs over the years. We weren't looking for another one. We wanted to bring in a specialist to help us harden our Microsoft 365 environment against CIS benchmarks, and Netirio was the right fit. One of the biggest differences was direct access to their expertise. When I called in, I was talking to Nick, the same person doing the actual work on our tenant. No account managers trying to sell us things we don't need. His business partner, Avery, listened to what we needed and helped tailor a project scope that worked for us. That alone was a huge plus. Over four sessions, Nick walked us through Conditional Access policies, email security, SharePoint, Teams, and identity protection. He tailored every recommendation to our environment and was honest about what was worth implementing versus what would just add friction. Our Microsoft Secure Score jumped significantly, well above average for organizations our size. Highly recommend Netirio if you're looking for hands-on Microsoft 365 security help. We'll continue using them in the future.
