This company is not at all transparent in their operations. There isn't a phone number published on their website, and none of their employees have a phone number in their signature. As a customer, it constantly leaves me in a state of stress because they only operate by email and take ages to reply. They have very high turnover, they apparently do not treat their employees well, and the management of our project is not at all what was promised.

I installed a new PSU and my case fans weren’t spinning. I sat there for 3 hours playing around with various wires to try and fix them. I finally gave up and brought it in to DML computer repair. They fixed it same day within 3 minutes, and didn’t charge me a penny. I totally recommend this place for inexperienced people who want caring professionals to help them!

This is one of the most dystopian buildings in the entirety of downtown. I live right next to it and every night I can see that there is absolutely no one in at least 50% of the floors. However, that doesn't stop them from leaving all the lights on. I've seen some activity from the ground floor businesses, but I'm not certain what this giant last monolith is actually four other than helping me figure out where my house is. And even then I'm pretty sure I'd be able to figure it out because my house is just about half the height of this prism of corporate ego stroking. I think the saddest thing is that it is part of our skyline now, And it is called the optive building. I don't even know what they did, but I know they have a skyscraper.

This company Is completely inconsiderate sending out door to door salesman at 7pm and the guy came right up to our door with this world wide pandemic without a mask. I will be reporting this company everywhere I can. I have been working everyday since this whole thing started and respect the rules and regulations that have been set. Is this company essential? Not sure but they sure as hell should have a mask on whether it’s doing anything or not. First off there is no solicitation in this neighborhood and 2nd they don’t need to be coming to any house at 7:00pm and 3rd wear a damn mask.

I’ve read the prior reviews and wondered why my experience with them was so awful. Their actual installation was fine (the office came pre-wired), but after we were hooked up they left us on our own. No instructions on how to operate the phones, and the instruction pamphlet was for a different model. We weren’t getting calls, lines weren’t ported, the voicemails didn’t work, and when out of a week’s frustration I expressed my displeasure at being cut off from the outside world, I “offended” the gentleman I was speaking with. I found them unprofessional, uncaring and condescending. But they certainly can bill well! Certainly not the type of service my clients expect from me and I’d be ashamed as a professional to provide. But maybe that’s just me.

Clearview Inc. has utilized Beyond IT for all its IT needs for over a year and a half now - everything from migrating our managed services, to a planned server upgrade and most recently a complete phone system overhaul. I was completly lost trying to set up a CRM for my small business and wasting way too much time. Hired this software consultant to help and it was a life saver. They knew exactly what platforms to recomend and even helped set it all up for me. They explained things in simple terms and didn’t make me feel dumb. We had a few video calls where they shared screens and showed me how to use stuff. Now I’m tracking customers, leads and emails way better than before. Only thing was the process took a bit longer than I expected, but I guess good work takes time. Def worth the investment. I wouldn’t have figured it out on my own and now things run way smoother. I highly recomend them if you need help with tech stuff. Way better than guessing and clicking around all day.

I worked for this company for the last two years. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for employment. They say they are a Veteran-based company, but they care nothing for their employees (who are mostly vets) and are only concerned about their bottom line. Several employees are quitting INTECON LLC and no raise or bonus in two years. There is no place for Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria in special operations where operations and services are complex. INTECON LLC clearly shows they are an LPTA company by their lack of experience, professionalism, and how they care (or don't care) for their employees. INTECON LLC and their new and old PMPs have obviously never heard this quote before: "Clients don't come first. Employees come first. If you take care of the your employees, they will take care of the clients" ~ Richard Branson.

Fantastic service and an incredibly competent IT firm!!!My firm specialized in Tax, Investment and Financial Planning. We never had the time or the inclination to internally develop the expertise to keep our computer network, hardware, and our many software applications up to date and running at maximum efficiency.We started using TruTech IT Solutions and Tim Gregg as our "tech guys" nearly 20 years ago. They respond to our requests for assistance with both our hardware and software issues on a timely basis and quickly resolve any problems that come up. They provide great advice when we need to upgrade either hardware or software.Their fees are very reasonable, especially given the great service and knowledge base they provide to my business.Since we started using TruTech, our systems have never run better! I strongly recommend them.

Tim and the TruTech IT team were recommended to us by another small business, and we couldn't be happier! Our company struggled with another service provider before finding TruTech to manage our small business server, email, data backup and recovery, and other needs related to IT. Our monthly fee is now less than the previous provider, and the team has been very responsive to all our needs. They've even helped us work through some unique email issues that stemmed from government-customer firewalls, and recovered files for me when my computer crashed while I was on vacation. These guys go above and beyond, and their customer service is friendly and easy to work with.I highly recommend TruTech IT as a small business IT service provider, and I only wish I would have found them sooner!
