I was amazed at this location. I loved the experience of going to one of my training sessions at this location. The modernization of this building is just amazing and the convenience of having so many access points to charge our electronic devices and enjoy a snack is great :-) and, if you don't want to enjoy anything that they have in thewide variety of snacks that they have to choose from in their little break area, you're right across the street from a very well-designed strip mall that has a little bit of everything to choose from for lunch and to pick up groceries after the work day.

Terrible payroll company purely based on the fact that they do 401k contributions MANUALLY in 2024 still! WowExpect contributions to be 3 to 4 PAYCHECKS behind. If you are lucky, they will ONLY be behind by 2.Ridiculous and unacceptable but it also constitutes a breach of fiduciary and makes the company liable to penalties and more according to the IRS and department of labor.On top of that, their healthcare pricing and offerings are ridiculous. Many opt for private insurance over them. Avoid like the plague

These W-2 statements can be sent in either paper or digital form, and must be received by employees no later than January 31 of the following year. Long overdue review but I worked with Sheri Sakin and my experience was subpar in comparison to other temp agencies in NYC. She was very pushy in trying to get me to leave my job for another job. Ultimately, I got hired under a temp to perm position, but the perm aspect never came after 11 months of working there with no bad reviews. There was very poor communication with me on that. There was never a check in to see how I was doing while in the job. I was placed in a toxic, prejudice, environment. After getting abruptly let go bc they "did not have the budget" to make me a full-time hire, Sheri sent me two other interviews and when those companies decided to hire internally, or just not get back to me, she blamed ME lol. Saying my confidence on the interviews wasn't there (untrue), andthen I wasn't sent anymore jobs. I am currently happily employed (this was a year ago) as a full-time hire by my own merit but it's been on my spirit to write an honest review about my experience with Solomon Page. Again, I have worked with other agencies and they were much more caring than this seemed. It's like once they drop you at a job there's no follow up to see if it's a good fit.

I had an unprofessional experience with Solomon Page during my application for a senior property manager position. The recruiters were aggressive, questioned my extensive real estate experience and educational background, and talked over me during interviews. The process was disorganized, with multiple unnecessary Zoom interviews, and after four interviews, I was rejected via a brief text message. Additionally, the recruiter was uninterested in hearing about my experience or criteria for my next employer, focusing instead on promoting the employer without providing details about the benefits package. Too many years of the industry, I was able to find out a lot of different Different information about the employer, all such as their delinquencies their poor management of funds whenever I poked at this information and try to get a more clear answer of what was happening with the employer on the previous employee that had lasted only eight months there everything was very cagie.Overall, the process was disrespectful and poorly managed.Felt like talking to used cards salesz

Used them for years , horrible cust support. When I finnaly got rid of them at the end of 2024, i also had workers comp. They never stopped charging my co. for workers comp. I called again and found out they lied and have no record of that request. but the Payroll side was canceled. How is that even possible. called again. finally they stopped deducting for workers comp. I demanded a refund , they said ok. So what they did was do an audit for 2023, and 2034 for no reason. instead of just refunding me for 5 months of charges. They billed me for audits .2023 charges for an unnecessary audit where 1181.37 , for 2024 charges were 1670.20. are you kidding me. this has to be illegal. what in the heck is going on. 28581.57 for unnecessary audits. stay very far away form this Company !!!! This is why people hate insurance company's. Such underhanded practices. My Lord...

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

We found ourselves in the hands of QBO after our previous accountant merged her practice with theirs. We didn't feel great about the process in working with them for tax prep and pursued other help after one year. Our new accountant caught a major error within minutes of scanning through our QBO filings which cost us well over $2,000 at the time.We followed up with their team to understand how an error like that could have happened. I was assured by the president that he would personally investigate; I never heard back.

I've enjoyed working with Artisan both on internal projects and being placed with clients through them. While they don't see the same number of roles as some of the bigger companies, they do tend to get jobs with higher pay rates than some of the other staffing agencies - and definitely advocate for the talent when it comes to dealing with clients. As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.

My wife and I used this firm to prepare our taxes one year on a family recommendation and they were a total joke. We had to send back our taxes twice because they couldn't even get our names right the first time, and the second time they didn't get our Social Security Numbers right. Given the fact that we sent them our previous two years of returns with our names and SSNs correctly printed all over the returns, it's astounding that such basic errors happened. Who knows what other errors were on that year's returns... On top of that they charged $500 for a very basic return and basically required us to fill out all the boxes on our forms instead of taking all the forms and preparing the taxes. We had to spoon feed them everything and basically did our taxes ourselves. Suffice it to say we never used them again after that.

EIDE BAILLY CHARGED ME $1,325.00 FOR A STANDARD TAX RETURN!!!I had been using Eide Bailly since I graduated college a few years ago. David Frank was always the guy I dealt with, and it was always expensive, and never impressive. I would have to pay about $600 if I recall for a standard tax return in the past. PLUS I would call with what seemed like a simple question during the year and he would "need to check". After hours passed he would call back with an answer and a bill would sometimes follow for something like $100.In April 2012 David Frank did my taxes as usual, but when the bill came it was for $1,325.00 !!!!!! I was shocked, he said it was because I had got married in 2012 and he "HAD TO CALL" ANOTHER GUY AT ANOTHER EIDE BAILLY IN MINNEAPOLIS, MN TO BE SURE THAT DID NOT REQUIRE SPECIAL CONSIDERATION ON THE TAX RETURN... AND HE BILLED FOR HOURS OF TALK TIME *TIMES* 2 PEOPLE. And the answer was **NO THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THE TAX RETURN!!** IT WAS A WASTED CALL!! And they billed my and my new wife $1,325.00!! Do you know how much that is to a couple newly weds!!!I asked David if he felt that was fair, and he said YES!!!
