Hi. While my problems were finally resolved when your technician remote connected to my laptop, the problem was created in the first place by the initial reply I got from protected harbor. All I was looking for initially was to reload the remote desktop app but the link I got ended up messing up my parallels desktop implementation. Is it possible to give NEGATIVE STARS?! Completely and utterly useless IT company. If we had to rely on them we’d be out of business. I end up just doing everything myself.Electric AI has been our it vendor for more than a few months and we have under 20 employees. Want something simple done like software updates, or apps installed on your company devices? you have to send them 34 emails and they tell you about how their “I’m sorry this is out of scope, our professional services team will send you an SOW to estimate the work because it’s a complex project.” And then 3 weeks later you get an absurdly complex quote when your project is long past dead. This goes for any simple task!!! What’s included in their monthly prices?We had a MAJOR password leak, and notified them to change passwords, they couldn’t figure out how to change them. They finally Found a manager who came on to tell us they needed to “quote the work.” This is all over slack and email. No way to speak to real people. Weeks later & no passwords changed. Total scam. They have a call center full of incompetent remote workers in South America that will make you BASH YOUR HEAD INTO A WALL. RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS CIRCUS 🤡 🎪

One of their employees followed my teenage daughter home. Over 10 minutes away while he was on his lunch break, to yell at her how he was pulling out of a spot had a right of way over somebody driving through the parking lot, which is BS. We have been working with Invenio IT for about 7 years now. They support of Datto backup system and their support is nothing but the best. They have been great helping set everything up and since then, we just monitor the backups and really have nothing to do as it has been running flawlessly. We an rare issue do occur, I can contact Dale at anytime (I mean anytime, he had answer the phone like 2 am) and he will help in anything I need, whether to spin up a virtual server when one of our production server goes down or we get an error on one of the backups and he looks into it and either resolve it or give us the solution to resolve it. Also, when we needed to upgrade our Datto system, they really go out of their way to give you the best deal which should have cost us a lot but Dale came through and we have been backing up flawlessly. Overall, Invenio IT has great support and always there when you need them. I will recommend them to anyone and I will take them anywhere I go. Thank you Invenio IT, especially to Dale Shulmistra!

The response time of the Troinet team is amazing! During the most recent storm (Isaias), our Eltingville office lost most of its power for several days. Our server connection was initially lost and we were in a panic! Read the reviews people, while most of the time, calls are okay, customer service is impossible. They assign you a rep with a name that you can not pronounce and they don't have a phone number! You have to email in hopes that they might respond. We were sent a new phone "equipment" and it didn't come with a power cord. They tried to tell me that is normal. Brand new that isn't normal. They said it gets power from the ethernet cord. So, I tried that, nothing. Been waiting 2 month for the return to be processed, nothing. Box is still sitting on my desk.

This company is AWFUL! DO NOT USE THEM!Customer service sucks. They made a mistake when trying to change licenses and they have been overcharging us for months due to their mistake. They have hidden fees that they have NOT ever made anyone aware of. Not listed in the statements anywhere, and not listed in any contract. They will leave you waiting for weeks, months even before getting back with you or trying to fix your issues. They will send all their other reps to try to upgrade our services but not actually address the issues we have.

8x8 continues to attempt to charge us $838.16 as a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee should not be charged. We attempted to work with 8x8 to resolve long standing service issues regarding dropped calls, missed calls, call quality and general call technical issues. 8x8 made NO attempt to resolve the issues at hand and we even brought in a technical expert to ensure that our network was not the issue. 8x8 made several contractual breaches throughout the service term. We also never signed a specific contract stating a specific service term. The business claims we signed electronically but we were never told clearly that would be responsible for fees for services that we are not receiving. 8x8 is definitely a scam with regards to charging customers for money and not ensuring that they have the proper working services to support the charges. We would like to have all charges waived at the least and consider a pro-rated refund for service charges which we previously indicated we had continuous call quality issues. It's egregious that your company believes that they can just overcharge customers and not make any contact with them until we show up to cancel your scam service. We would appreciate corporate insight and assistance in this matter as we will take any and all measures necessary to protect our assets and ensure that funds are allocated as delivered. Which in this case the services that 8x8 was contracted to provide they contractually breached by failing to properly deliver phone services at the quality described when we originally signed up for the service. We intend to present any and all findings of fact in our proceedings. Please respond as soon as possible to this complaint before further action is taken as needed.I cannot believe that I actually recommended your service at one point.

So far the best colo house I have toured or done business with. Security is above that if most centers and telehouse provides direct peering access and many providers via meet me rooms. Roof access is available if needed (but separate charge due to maintenance required) and there are even many resellers to choose from if you need to find a space that fits your personal needs.
