Marshall and Storey from Triangle Tech did a fantastic job running Cat6 cables and installing POE cameras for me very recently.They had to figure out some complicated runs which involved multi story transitions and they ultimately put the cameras exactly where I wanted them to be. They brought every run neatly down to a patch panel in my network box where the cameras now connect to my NVR platform seamlessly. The cameras themselves were expertly installed on top of the brick exterior of my home, and give me the exact security and piece of mind I was looking for without damaging the aesthetic of our home.Their work quality is top notch, and they went the extra mile with everything they did. Would happily hire them again, and recommend them strongly.

After a desktop failure and several frustrating days searching for a competent and affordable repair service, I found Triangle Tech. They were very friendly, professional, responsive, and competent. They found additional problems in addition to the one I called them about, and called me to discuss options. They did a fast turnaround on the repairs, set up my computer, thoroughly checked performance before leaving, and charged what (based on experience with other repair services) I felt was an extremely fair price. I put in a ticket to have my laptop repaired. My hinge have broken after a previous warranty repair. Although it did take a while for my ticket to be processed it was definitely worth it. I was able to keep up with the repair process due to very thorough and constant communication about the process. Everything was explained and I was given an opportunity to accept repairs before any additional work outside of the initial quote was completed. The photos of all of the damage and work being completed from the business was very helpful as well! Hopefully in the future I will not need any additional repairs however if I do I would definitely use this business again.

Mr Phix basically brought my 4 year old phone back from the grave after the battery wore out and the camera broke. It is hard to put into words how disappointed I am in Dynamic Quest's service. As an IT provider, they failed us on multiple fronts. They were never proactive in managing our systems, which led to severe security breaches. Our network was hacked multiple times under their watch, showing a blatant disregard for our cybersecurity.Moreover, their lack of responsiveness and inadequate problem-solving skills resulted in our entire network being down for multiple days on several occasions. This caused significant disruptions to our operations and highlighted their inability to provide reliable IT support.Overall, Dynamic Quest's services have been nothing short of disastrous. Horrible experience. We contracted with this company July 2019 to implement Acumatica, implementation was to begin in November with us up and running by Jan 2020. The company assured us when we signed the contract that this was totally feasible. However, by the end of April 2020 we had to fire them because they could not give us a go live date, refused to give us a weekly update and kept giving us the runaround. The project ran over budget, they overcharged for travel and tried charging us for additional staff they brought in to work on the project. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!
