I had a disappointing experience with Veritis Group during the hiring process for a Product Manager role. After several rounds of interviews and alignment on a specific compensation, I was selected. However, the offer letter that followed listed a much lower salary than what was previously agreed and documented. When questioned, I was told the difference would be covered via “bonuses,” but these were never documented. The offer also lacked critical information — including client name, responsibilities, benefits, and work location. Requests for transparency went unanswered, and the offer was eventually withdrawn without explanation. I’ve attached redacted proof showing the original submitted salary vs. the reduced offer to help others evaluate their interactions more carefully. Visa holders and job seekers: please ask the right questions early, request written documentation, and do not submit sensitive documents until you’ve received a formal offer.

The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner. **Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

I recently had an experience back in 2022 with Apadmi that I feel compelled to share and have debated whether i should post this. As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments. Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice. More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment. It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage. I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.

We sought out an experienced WEB design company to construct the WEB pages for our small Craft Distillery. What we were looking for was a combination of experience, efficiency and cost and with Gallagher Website Design we obtained all three. First, in my research I looked for a company that had a history and found this with Gallagher Design. Examples of their product were impressive and suggested a firm that is not aesthetically fixed in their designs, and should an understanding of the intricacies of human/computer interface. What I observed were WEB pages that efficiently and logically presented the material to any visitor. Second, the process of creating our pages was one of ease and efficiency. We indicated to Gallagher Website Design what we were looking for and the aesthetics that we desired in our pages. This was very important to me as our goal was to have something different and yet pleasing to the eye. In no time at all they had a number of differing options for us to select from and we immediately selected a particular style, and were able to incorporate items from the other examples that we found pleasing. Once we had made the primary selections, again it was in short order that they presented us with a WEB design fully integrating the changes and suggestions we made. They listened to our suggestions, helping us along the way to obtain what we want. Once the primary creation was done, they even helped me to understand WordPress, the WEB design tool they used. This was essential as I was responsible for maintaining the pages (we are a small company) and I had a lot to learn. Gallagher Website Design was there helping me when needed and always quickly responded to my questions. Finally, the cost was important to us, but we did not want to suffer quality as a result of cost. We priced other options, but in the end we are extremely satisfied with both the results and the cost. As my mother always said "you get what you pay for" and we definitely obtained everything that we asked for, and at a very reasonable cost. In the end, I would highly recommend Gallagher Website Design. It was a pleasure working with them and we are more than satisfied with the result.

Since early 2022, both of our family-run businesses, MJS Law and ChampionPEO, have been collaborating with GRIT. Looking back, I realize that partnering with them earlier would have been highly beneficial. Just this week, we encountered a challenging situation. A former employee had damaged and discarded their company-issued laptop, leaving us in a difficult position. Our records were incomplete, and we couldn't determine the laptop's model or the appropriate deduction from the employee's final paycheck for the unreturned equipment. With remarkable speed and efficiency, Brenton retrieved and verified the necessary invoice, receipt, and model number from their records. Thanks to this, we successfully recouped $1,300.00 - an amount we would have struggled to verify independently. As an IT Director, I've worked with several MSPs over the years. We weren't looking for another one. We wanted to bring in a specialist to help us harden our Microsoft 365 environment against CIS benchmarks, and Netirio was the right fit. One of the biggest differences was direct access to their expertise. When I called in, I was talking to Nick, the same person doing the actual work on our tenant. No account managers trying to sell us things we don't need. His business partner, Avery, listened to what we needed and helped tailor a project scope that worked for us. That alone was a huge plus. Over four sessions, Nick walked us through Conditional Access policies, email security, SharePoint, Teams, and identity protection. He tailored every recommendation to our environment and was honest about what was worth implementing versus what would just add friction. Our Microsoft Secure Score jumped significantly, well above average for organizations our size. Highly recommend Netirio if you're looking for hands-on Microsoft 365 security help. We'll continue using them in the future.
