I had a disappointing experience with Veritis Group during the hiring process for a Product Manager role.After several rounds of interviews and alignment on a specific compensation, I was selected. However, the offer letter that followed listed a much lower salary than what was previously agreed and documented. When questioned, I was told the difference would be covered via “bonuses,” but these were never documented.The offer also lacked critical information — including client name, responsibilities, benefits, and work location. Requests for transparency went unanswered, and the offer was eventually withdrawn without explanation.I’ve attached redacted proof showing the original submitted salary vs. the reduced offer to help others evaluate their interactions more carefully.Visa holders and job seekers: please ask the right questions early, request written documentation, and do not submit sensitive documents until you’ve received a formal offer.

I bought my Omnium from these guys and I gotta say it is running smoother than expected. They were not lying in the brochure when they said you would need a large plot of land to set it up, but luckily I had some farm land that only a few people were using. So done with that and on to the wild world of robot production! So far its made a cool robot that turns into a tank for all terrain cruises, a flock of cross-legged floating dudes who are great at cleaning, and a large centaur-ish creature that is more or less a butler for beverages. The Omnium 3D printer is by far the best purchase I have made in the last decade. It even seems to be learning, today it used my name when I walked in! WHAT COULD GO WRONG!?

The location is lovely, the interior is an open floor plan with considerable space engineered for meetings along with places to tuck into for invaluable peace and quiet. MindGrub has a pleasant Front Desk Coordinator who maintains shared schedules, provides true " air traffic control" of people, presents, and packages. as well as kitchens that provide abundant drinks and snacks:)It feels very much like home. Black Flag carried us from concept to production on a very complex website with multiple interest holders. Designing a website for the California Department of Education means that we serve a varied user base and must adhere to the highest accessibility standards. Black Flag took input from internal teams, educators, and other interested parties that would be accessing and using the site. They adapted their designs to meet the needs of various types of users, coming up with not only attractive design elements, but created code that added automation to eliminate some of the manual updates. Black Flag provided us with a high-quality product and were so much fun to work with along the way.
