I have been using the buildfire mobile app platform for over 3 years now, and this platform is amazing. I've tried other platforms. But, nothing comes close to Buildfire. The features and additional functionality are far superior than any other app platform on the market. With this platform I'm able to provide many options for my clients throughout a list of industries. But, what makes Buildfire reflect superior status is their customer support. Both Sean Hamasha my account manager and Mark Wyatt my customer support specialist are a pleasure to work with. Each of them provide different roles helping me. When I reach out for support I get an immediate follow up on my questions. If I have any technical glitches Mark is always responsive and can't do enough to make sure my apps are running smoothly. When I have any requests for guidance on how certain features can be used, or helping me with structural plans for my business, Sean is always there to guide me through. As a business owner in the media industry for over 30 years, I've always said your employees are a reflection of your brand, and both Sean and Mark are what makes Buildfire the brand they are today. Buildfire was a great platform to get our App online without a big budget. As a really small charity, we could still build - experiment - and deploy with the help of their great development and support team. We've had custom development to keep improving, and the response by our account manager has always been great.

I had high hopes for Savy Marketing Agency, but unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. From the outset, it was clear their team was completely out of sync internally. This disorganization severely impacted their ability to effectively handle what should have been a straightforward project—a basic website refresh.The process was riddled with constant delays, lack of communication, and repeated missteps. To make matters worse, it felt like they were continually upselling us on unnecessary additions to increase the scope of work. When we vetted these suggestions against other providers, not only were they deemed unnecessary, but some of them could have actively harmed our existing SEO.Their lack of attention to detail led to basic, avoidable mistakes, and their pricing was far from competitive. As a local business, we wanted to support a nearby agency, but the service we received was nowhere near worth the premium price tag.Overall, this was a frustrating and costly experience that we would not recommend to anyone looking for a reliable marketing partner.In summary out a lot of money and opportunity cost given nothing was accomplished
