Our firm had the privilege of working with First Scribe on a complete redesign of our website earlier this year. When we initially came to First Scribe, our website had not been significantly updated for a couple of years, and when it had been updated, the only modification made was to the color scheme. After meeting with us, First Scribe was able to provide us with several design options and layouts, which were aligned with what we were looking for. First Scribe was able to determine what we would like in a design layout, and they were able to pinpoint precisely what we did not want in our new website. Throughout the process, we did not feel pushed and we were able to take our time to come up with something we all felt comfortable with. The process that First Scribe used throughout our website redesign was very easy to use, and we were apprised of each step as it was being completed. First Scribe also provided us with an estimated timeline of when each aspect of our redesign would be completed. Our project manager, was a wonderful resource for our team, and he and the entire First Scribe team provided great feedback and guidance during our website redesign. Our questions were answered the same day and the entire First Scribe team was very responsive. Although First Scribe has various departments that handle various tasks, they all worked in cohesion. We are now working with First Scribe for our marketing needs, and we could not be happier. While incorporating and revamping our business model, it became apparent that we were need of a website update. I went through a process of visiting with several different companies and became obvious almost immediately that Matchbox would be the team to carry us forward. Their level of expertise, knowledge, and portfolio of previous work were without peer. On top of that, their services and ongoing support is top notch... and that's from the perspective of someone that managed services for many years in the corporate world! The Matchbox folks took our ideas and needs, and created an excellent web presence that was our starting point. They then continued, day in and day out to work WITH us, listening to our ideas, consulting with us on best practices and implementing the best possible solutions for our needs. They have become the partner and trusted advisor that we need to be successful. If you need web design and presence that is the most up to date and effective in today's deep digital jungle, no one else will compare. I cannot recommend any business service higher than Matchbox.

I reached out to Todd couple months in advance when we were looking into purchasing a resort. The Pine Lodge Resort web page needed updating and we needed help promoting the business.
