They helped our business on several fronts including website redesign, marketing and even resolved some internal IT issues that I did not have the knowledge or time to address. From my 1st meeting with Kenny it was apparent he was very experienced and he did a great job of listening to our needs while making seasoned suggestions as to what would work best for a business like ours. Kenny always has a solution and they fulfilled the scope of work we agreed too in a very professional manner. Forest City's assistance did not end when the site was launched, instead over the next few months they helped out with any issue or question I had. He made several videos on how to work with our new site and simply made everything easy for us. EZ Rankings is extremely disappointing. The services did not deliver the quality that was promised. The company charges premium prices for services such as website design, SEO, and SMO, but the results fell far short of expectations. Despite significant investment, I did not see the level of progress, performance, or return that was discussed during the sales process. Communication was another major issue. It often felt difficult to get clear answers, timely updates, or meaningful support when concerns were raised. The team did not appear well-coordinated, and resolving issues took much longer than expected. I also felt that expectations were set very aggressively during the sales stage, but the actual delivery did not match those expectations. Promises regarding growth, rankings, and overall project outcomes seemed much stronger than what was ultimately achieved. For businesses considering SEO, SMO, or web development services, I would recommend asking detailed questions about deliverables, timelines, and measurable results before signing a contract. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with this company again.

I've worked with many different programs and services to create and maintain web sites since my first HTML site in the late 90s. An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies. Web sites became my least favorite aspect of marketing because everything became so tedious. Linking up with Ruby Shore was the best decision I could have made. When I explained to them my disdain for Wordpress, they happily introduced me to their new system, Waves. Whoa. Surf's up, internetters! Waves is where it's at. I finally was able to create a site exactly the way I imagined it. I didn't run into any of the problems that frustrated me in years past using other services, and it didn't take me long before I was humming along to realize my vision. I want a thing.
