I've worked with Jason, Matt, and the rest of the Brolik team since 2020. At first I was concerned that their team was too small (~20 people) to truly have expertise across paid, SEO, website, social, etc. But after working with them for just a short time it quickly became clear that their size is actually one of their strengths. The team has plenty of expertise in all the important areas and can also move extremely quickly to pivot if something isn't working. I really appreciate that they hold themselves accountable to our marketing goals and usually if something isn't working they will bring it up before I do. Most importantly, the team excels at both strategy and execution. I've worked with a ton of marketing agencies and it's not easy to be good at both, but somehow Brolik does it. So I had a problem with my website this morning not really sure on what I should do so I gave Werkbot A call on the phone and explain my situation. I asked if it was OK for me to stop in sometime today to talk a little bit more about what I had going on. The person on my phone was OK with me just stopping in when I had a moment. Because of my crazy work schedule, I stop down just after 4 o’clock and they were walking out the door closing up for the day. So I asked if this was Werkbot “ He said yes, it was, And he knew who I was. So he actually opened the office back up we went inside we sat down. He pulled my information up and he started going through everything for me.. I want to just say that I am not a customer of theirs. I’m a random person who made a phone call to them and they were very helpful. I just want other people to know that the customer service that I got from this company was five stars hands-down. You don’t get that much anymore. I did waste about 40 minutes of his time. He never charged me a penny. I will tell all of my friends and family for sure. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again, I appreciate you guys!!

Working with 1SEO started off on a positive note. The initial stages of building our website and setting up ad campaigns went smoothly. However, once the website launched, the quality of service declined significantly. There was no active management of our Google PPC campaigns, and crucial SEO pages were never submitted to our new site. As a result, we were left in the dark about our market visibility, and our local ranking dropped to 13th place. Despite having a contract in place, 1SEO refused to provide any performance reports, consistently ignored valid questions, and deflected accountability by shifting the conversation to unrelated topics. We ultimately made the decision to terminate our relationship with them due to their failure to uphold key parts of our agreement. Now, they are threatening legal action over services they failed to deliver—services for which they also cannot provide documentation or proof of execution. Interestingly, when our old website was still live, SEO pages were properly implemented on the back end, and we saw measurable improvements. Unfortunately, once the new site launched, those efforts disappeared, and our progress took a significant hit, as reflected in our reports. 1SEO has shown an unwillingness to acknowledge their shortcomings, choosing instead to argue and deny responsibility. Please stay away from 1SEO and take a moment to read the other negative reviews below—many of them are nearly identical to our experience. STOP WITH THE EXCUSES AND TAKE ACOUNTABILTY!
