Working with 1SEO started off on a positive note. The initial stages of building our website and setting up ad campaigns went smoothly. However, once the website launched, the quality of service declined significantly.There was no active management of our Google PPC campaigns, and crucial SEO pages were never submitted to our new site. As a result, we were left in the dark about our market visibility, and our local ranking dropped to 13th place. Despite having a contract in place, 1SEO refused to provide any performance reports, consistently ignored valid questions, and deflected accountability by shifting the conversation to unrelated topics.We ultimately made the decision to terminate our relationship with them due to their failure to uphold key parts of our agreement.
