I've worked with many different programs and services to create and maintain web sites since my first HTML site in the late 90s. An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies. The folks at Aztek took time to understand our business processes before starting to design anything - even a simple redesign of a non-public-facing application. They asked questions to understand what a user would want to see, where they would expect to see it, and most importantly WHY.
