Although we had been publishing high quality content about 2x week, we were not seeing the same response rate this year and business had slowed quite a bit.   I am a happy dentist with a startup office that opened in December 2025. I wasn't happy then. I got into a contract way back in July with a very incompetent and dishonest marketing company and lost so much time and money. I struggled and got myself out from this mess finally. I talked to multiple marketing agents and that's when I found NShine late Jan - early Feb. They definitely sounded like they knew what they were doing; they were not talking about what color my website should be or whether there should be a video playing on the background of the website. They talked about how Google algorithm works. So many marketing companies put you in their fixed package after coming up with a golden formula that they are so proud of cuz it worked on 1-2 businesses they support - they have you pay for a little bit of mailing and a little bit of Google ads and a little bit of SEO and etc. NShine straight up said in my situation, they are not going to have me pay a penny on things that don't work. They removed mailing. They removed SEO. They analyzed my office's unique situation and put my investment into just few things that actually can bring results. By the time they set up everything and the actual marketing started, it was mid Feb. Now I am writing this review mid April. I am getting 50 new patients a month and the office is doing positive cash flow. As things are moving the right path, NShin now recommends that I start investing in other marketing methods so I don't have to keep on spending money on Google Ads. They are constantly checking numbers. They are constantly adjusting their approaches to keep the ROI at the highest possible number.

  My experience with Klientboost was a complete dumpster fire, so I would highly recommend you AVOID this unethical company.I engaged with Klientboost with the goal of improving the performance of my ecommerce brand. Onboarding was OK, with Elisha and her team when they gather information about my business. For the first 2 weeks they developed a strategy that they presented to me, with the goal of improving my business. The next 2 weeks was spent executing that strategy before I realized I had wasted my time and money. Klientboost's strategy was a complete failure and all of my KPIs were worse off compared to before I engaged with Klientboost. That includes ROAS, # of Purchases, Conversion Rate, and Cost Per Acquisition. Before my business was consistent, and as soon as Klientboost took over, everything just plummeted. I paid an additional $1500 for "creatives". What I received back was a quote or short text, overlayed on my existing photos. There was no creativity whatsoever. This was a complete waste.Klientboost's big selling pitch is during the first 30 days they will make changes to improve your business performance, and those 30 days will be the benchmark for their next goal of increasing results by 20%. What actually happened is that they lowered my performance during the first 30 days, so that they could return to what I had before in the following days, so it is clear how they achieved their stated "20% growth goal". Very unethical.I highly recommend you avoid Klientboost!
