They're also cleaning things up and doing a lot of technical work on the backend. We've given them our existing keyword research and analytics, but they've devised their own system. We've added to it as we go.
PRETO BUSINESS is also on top of all our social media in terms of posting content. They create most of the content, but we generate some things for them to post, mainly without a specific strategy, and we handle the generated leads. They're constantly optimizing our website and adding new pages at our request. They also do UX/UI work, blog posts, and page optimization.

PRETO BUSINESS created an educational video for our partner retailers. We were about to launch a huge project, and PRETO BUSINESS helped us create this video to educate the retailers on how the program worked step by step. The video included a script and was a huge project.
We gave PRETO BUSINESS guidance on what to include in the video. The industry is very restrictive, so we had to be cautious about what we communicated. For example, each time we showed how a product was selling, we had to ask the retailer for the ID to check if the person was an adult and not a teenager.
We fully gave PRETO BUSINESS independence regarding how the video should look. They created some mood boards, which they presented. Together, we had the opportunity to choose the characters used in the video and create the script. PRETO BUSINESS provided their own equipment and studio for the production. They also did the video editing and audio mixing, providing several updates.
