They have way too many outages, internet failures, connections issues. Had all type of level technicians and not one successful solution. We have been customers for over 2 years now. I think it's time to look elsewhere. This is not as reliable as it used to be. Either fix it or loose customers! We always pay the full price for the month, so I expect to use it without issues for the whole month.

I went to Spectrum to check on changing our phone service, the result of a good experience with their fixing some Internet problems. Brandon was the associate who helped us, and I am so glad he was there. Changing from our previous provider was complex, and since I have hearing issues, it was difficult to hear instructions. Brandon "listened" for me, walked through all the steps necessary, explained each step, and never made me feel rushed or patronized. I returned equipment and canceled service on 1st day of new billing cycle. The employee at this local store said company would not charge me for just 1 day or they might charge a pro rate bill.
