Stuart and his team are very impressive to work with. We came to them with a concept and very preliminary (Kindergarten-level) drawings. They were able to take that plan and deliver something market ready in a few short meetings. They also helped with the supplier meetings to ensure tolerances, resin mixtures, and other details we had no idea about - were done to the level we were expecting. The end result was a physical product that carried two patents (which they helped with, too) and something truly innovative to an otherwise mature, sleepy category. I’m restoring my great grandfathers 1929 international truck and the pot metal housing that holds the distributor to the side of the generator was cracked and I could not find that part anywhere. John and his team did an outstanding job reverse engineering my part by 3D scanning it and created a .stp file that I took to a machine shop. The machine shop was impressed with the high quality of the drawing and model they created. Highly recommend Wellstronic3d, they met deadlines and exceeded my expectations!

They have way too many outages, internet failures, connections issues. Had all type of level technicians and not one successful solution. We have been customers for over 2 years now. I think it's time to look elsewhere. This is not as reliable as it used to be. Either fix it or loose customers! We always pay the full price for the month, so I expect to use it without issues for the whole month.

I went to Spectrum to check on changing our phone service, the result of a good experience with their fixing some Internet problems. Brandon was the associate who helped us, and I am so glad he was there. Changing from our previous provider was complex, and since I have hearing issues, it was difficult to hear instructions. Brandon "listened" for me, walked through all the steps necessary, explained each step, and never made me feel rushed or patronized. I returned equipment and canceled service on 1st day of new billing cycle. The employee at this local store said company would not charge me for just 1 day or they might charge a pro rate bill. I called corporate and was told I owe the entire month. They want me to pay for service I never received. Please be aware this company is not reasonable nor fair. Now they have turned me over to a collection company.
