Unprofessional, Unhelpful, and a Complete Waste of TimeOne of the worst experiences I’ve had with a service provider. I dealt with a rep named Ignatious who provided no real support — slow replies, vague answers, and zero updates unless I chased repeatedly.My application was rejected solely because I wouldn’t submit my passport as ID, despite offering other valid documents. There was no flexibility. Even though I legally own my domains and am building my website, they refused to accept that as proof of an online presence.Attempts to escalate were shut down. Ignatious refused to let me speak to a manager or the vetting team and gave no clear reason for the rejection. No guidance, no transparency.They took all my personal and business info, wasted my time, and left me with nothing but frustration. Avoid Alltel — they’re rigid, dismissive, and not worth the hassle. "
