I sent everything that was requested and soon after received an invitation to a video call with a representative of the department of the workplace. The online interview was successful and the next step was to solve the tasks. I received an email with several tasks that required quite a bit of time, which is slightly unusual (shorter tasks are usually given), but I thought it was worth it because the position was interesting. I tried my best and submitted all the assignments within the required deadline. In addition to the task, it was also necessary to fill out a questionnaire, which included, among other things, the question of what kind of salary I would like or I expect. The job ad said they offered above-average compensation, which I took into account, but was far from exaggerating.Shortly after that, I received a call from the boss of the company saying that they were excited about my task and that they would like to meet me in person, but that I could not expect such a salary, since they would hire me as a junior (and introduce me), just because it would be my first regular job, even though I had already done these things at several companies.I don't understand why they chose me then, if they were looking for an experienced person who is not a junior, and emphasized on the phone that many people applied. All I know is that the representative of the department where I would work (Amelia, a very nice person) chose me because she liked my product and the interview.Already on the phone, I agreed to a lower (below average) salary, because the boss was only interested in that, and made an appointment in person to discuss the details.Everything went great there too, after which the boss says something along the lines of "you are selected, but at the moment we don't know if we will hire at all, because it depends on whether we get one project or a new client in the coming months".WHAT? I'm sorry, but this is the height of impudence. A job ad, a video interview, an above-average number of tasks, a live meeting... and you don't know if you'll be able to hire anyone at all?Anyway, it is what it is, let's discuss a few more details, but of course it gets stuck on the salary again. I don't know why they avoid this topic so much. The boss finally said that she would think about the salary and send an email in the next few days. That never happened, and I never heard from them again.Better, because after this live meeting, I immediately deleted this company from the list and devoted myself to others. I don't want to work in such a company.A very frivolous company (the management is disastrous), which I have never experienced before. "
