I think I was scammed! Website looked awful! Spent a lot on marketing with zero return AND they absolutely are not local (USA) based! Very bad experience for me! They also sent my business name to be trademarked... Shouldn't I have gotten something stating that my business name is trademarked?? Super over paid! Bad on me, but a little pissed that I never received confirmation. "

Started great, ended horribly bad. Bottom line is they simply didn't know what they were doing. I highly recommend this company to those who need a tax break/shelter. They love to take your money and cut off all communication once they realize they have failed with their online marketing strategies. No explanations, just silence. Thanks Ashley Baker! This place is a scam. Do not I repeat do not do business here. I was overcharged for web design services and overpaid when I had to create my own logo and create my own web content. They then tried to bribe me after paying thousands of dollars to them me that someone was trying to get my business name and get it trademarked and wanted me to pay and additional $2000 so that they could stop the person from using my company name. They then insisted that I wire them funds which I knew was shady and after refusing I looked up on the trademark website and confirmed they were trying to scam me. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and hoping to recover at least some of the money that I wasted on this company and their services. "

BE AWARE !!!Unfortunately, currently I'm one of their clients. I was chased by 3-4 guys to sign me to build my website for a while. I was promised to have my website ready in two weeks. I said that I am looking for quality and can sacrifice a bit of time for that.(Actually doubled time - 1 month) I was promised and reassured that everything will be on time and I will be 100% satisfied.Today is already two month since I have made my payment, BUT I am far away from seeing my project coming to the end.I was delivered only "Coming soon" web page that wasn't for my satisfaction and asked for some modifications. I was told that designers currently working on it and promised to see those changes coming right away.It been 10 days since then, multiple messages to the project manager that was ignoring my messages and haven't showed up on two booked calls with me without any cancelations and notifications. After having today's final call I was promised 80% refund(Hopefully, they didn't lied about it).Now, I am without $20% , with waisted 2 months of my business time, BUT, with another experience in my pocket.Also, I do not recommend to have business with them. "

I had a horrible experience.In the end, it took 37 days to create a very basic website of 5 pages (they promised within 10 days), and they missed every single one of their own deadlines along the way.Give them a list of changes, half will get done, the other half dropped and they'll create two more issues while they are at it. They don't tell you what they are going to do or when, and they're amazingly terrible at following step-by-step instructions. Simple things such as a sticky header weren't able to get accomplished by this company (I had to add it myself).I had such a problem getting my website done that I escalated my issues to senior management. I got "help" from Ben, the company VP. Unfortunately, he was just as terrible to deal with, failing to address any of my core issues or the relationship. Ben literally just stopped replying to me.In the end, I changed the website myself after getting it back from this company and I'm happier with my version than theirs.Their price is good, but it's a headache. I think their gimmick is that they truly want you as a customer for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and if you're just there for a website, go to the back of the line. They'll get to you, and eventually, you'll get 75% of what you wanted. "
