Bastaki Studio

Wonderful expierence, got my univeristy ID photos taken for 45 Dhs and very quick!!Very helpful and sweet cahsier/photographer named Diksha has taken good care of me :) "

Unfortunately, my experience with this studio was very disappointing. The customer service at the front desk was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting customers and were not welcoming at all.Communication was poor, and I felt that my concerns and questions were not taken seriously. The overall experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the level of service I was expecting.I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and provides better training to the front desk team to improve the overall customer experience. "

I had a very disappointing experience at this photo studio and would not recommend it.From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff and photographer were cold and unwelcoming no greeting, no smile, just rushing us through the process. However, the most concerning part was how my 4-year-old son was treated during his photo session. He was sitting cooperatively but smiling shyly, as many young children do. Instead of responding with patience or warmth, the photographer repeatedly told him to “stop smiling” in a harsh tone, rolled her eyes, and made audible sounds of frustration. At one point she even muttered something under her breath in an annoyed way. This is completely unacceptable behavior when working with children.I told them I was uncomfortable continuing and would take him elsewhere. They then offered another photographer, but by that point the experience had already been negative enough that I chose to leave.I would not return and would not recommend this studio to other parents. A place that works with children should know how to treat them with kindness and professionalism. "

The staff are rude and they want to get things done very quickly and they keep rushing you and they don’t give you the time to pick the photos comfortably. Also they dont care if your photo or posture is good i have been there many times and i always face the same attitude. This is very unfortunate since the location is very nice and strategical. Overall not a nice experience and it would be my last "

Very bad service. The photographer (Grace) was rude and in a rush the whole time. She didn’t give us proper time to choose the photos and kept flipping through them too fast. When we told them we’re not happy with the result, they said “you chose the photo.” Of course we did, because she was rushing us! the result wasn’t even satisfying. Not recommended at all. "
