Our organization's work has evolved quickly from scheduling in-person classroom presentations by hand to offering globally-focused digital video content. We needed to pivot from a complicated booking system to an easy-to-navigate, sortable, accessible, on-demand resource library that would suit the needs of both our long-term users and new visitors. As a global operation, we also needed the library to offer several language options.
