I had a very bad experience. I gave the GD round at Coditas Solutions, which was conducted through Vibrant Tech. I don’t know why I wasn’t selected. During the discussion, they gave more time to girls to speak, and most of the selected candidates were from the South. If that’s the case, then why did the company conduct a virtual drive for all regions? Also, the HRs were very disrespectful and behaved badly.I am not fully aware of the company's work culture, so I am not placing any blame on Coditas as an organization. However, I would like to respectfully suggest that the HR team receive proper training on how to conduct interviews in a fair, respectful, and professional manner. "

Attended a GD round for Coditas handled by VibrantMinds. The process felt biased — some candidates got more time while others were ignored or cut off. It didn’t feel fair or professional. Hope Coditas improves this in future. "

I attended Coditas' GDC event on AI/ML. It was an excellent event, well-organized by the committee. All the speakers did a fantastic job explaining the core concepts clearly and in easy-to-understand language. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the event and gained valuable information. Poor HR. Be careful while accepting their offer & before resigning form your current organization. After forwarding selection confirmation on mail how can one withdraw it by simply saying its an business emergency, join with in 30 days. HR department was poor, it was clearly communicated that my official notice period is 90 days. On time asking to join within 30 days. Waste of my time and effort. Please educate your HR team to clarify all of the things before asking a candidate for their details/ sharing the mail confirmation. I am lucky that I have not resign from my current organization. "
