I have worked in the company for four months. The environment was always positive. Salary credited on time. Trainer (Sushant Singh) ,Tls (Rudra Sen, Rana Chakraborty), Quality( Somendra Nath Ash ), even the manager, everybody were helpful all the time. Only glitch I felt,the processes they work with changes so frequently that at times, I found it challenging to stay engaged passionately with the work flow. "

The trainer (Sushaant Bhai), the team leaders (Rudra Da and Rana Da), the quality analyst (Sam Da), the manager (Joseph sir) , and the HR teams were all very supportive, and the salary process was smooth.The only issue was that the job role was not explained clearly — I was told it was a chat process, but it turned out to be a soundbox process, which I didn’t enjoy and I left the company after a month.Overall, a positive work culture with a helpful team.I believe that cIear communication about roles would make it even better. "

Last 1 1/2 year never received salary on 2nd, it was every day on 1 st, regarding management and managers they are ausome and they really teaches you the job. "

The worst experience. Could servive only two months. Its only a sales process. Have rude trainers like victor mallick... I was coursed to give a good review once when I got in this company. Her name is nazia haldar. No fixed time. Depends on whimps of TL s. During training nice behaviour after that the worst place. Salary cycle very bad. They keep salary of around 10days in hand and give on 1st. They dnt give full training money. They include it in salary. 20th to 20 th. I was duped. Im new to Kolkata. No consultancy takes charge of this company due to weird salary policies... If ur good at sales and buttering this is the best company for anyone "

I have been working in Cogenthub since 11 March,2024..it has been around more than 1 year and 2 months since I am associated with the company...Work environment is good and fellow colleagues are helpful and supportive.. There is a pressure of customer service and sales but that is there in every company...Team leaders are helpful and cooperative..I am really happy to work here and recommend others to join to gain knowledge of the BPO process and especially the UK O2 process of which I am a part of... "
