They did not pressure us to pursue avenues we did not feel comfortable with, but also offered excellent guidance and advice to give us what they felt would be the best product/result for what we were asking for. When minor issues arose, they were there to assist with problem-solving, getting us either the solutions we needed, or putting us in touch with those who could best assist us.
