Work culture is toxic. Manager is egoistic and arrogant who is a non-tech person with zero knowledge of any tech field.Company isn't growing at all. Manager keeps talking about cutting down staff to an extent that only around 20% employees will have their jobs if company doesn't do well. He once even asked us (UI/UX team) to find work for the company as they didn't have any projects. Keeping aside his irrelevancy in a tech company, he can't even get projects. No wonder I once heard someone say "If mass layoff happens, manager will be the first one to go. What does he even do here!"Manager's behavior was extremely rude with me. "He behaves like that with everyone" - that's what HR told me on my last day. He can behave however he wants, professionalism is only applicable to employees. I'm saying this because I once heard he applies sandwich leave rule based on his mood on that day and his relations with that employee! All you have to do to survive in this company is keep satisfying his ego.Company is ISO certified and yet the workflow is so pathetic. Once you finish the design --> manager approves it --> it gets developed --> manager again evaluates the design and ask you to make everything again from scratch! Saying that he never liked the design (yet he approved it!). They have few partners on one of their products. One of them approved the design and 4-5 months later another partner asked to redesign. The reason behind it was developer never made it according to figma. Spacing, font styles, icons or even layout in some of the cases.. everything was compromised. That's the level of shitty management they have.HR policies are also garbage. They once held a 24 hours event on Saturday (day off) and asked everyone to come mandatory and they would cut salary for being absent. They also keep 1 month salary as deposit. They have 3 months probation period policy. HR clearly told me in my interview that they will only continue with me if they are satisfied with my work quality. And manager still had the audacity to ask after 6 months "what have you done for this company? we can totally function without you!" "Tushal Kacha's Review Sourced from Google

Positive work culture and flexible environment. A good place to enhance technical knowledge and build confidence. "Sha's Review Sourced from Google
My experience with this company has changed a lot compared to the earlier days. When the company was growing, there was better communication between leadership and employees. People felt connected with the CEO, and there was a positive environment where employees wanted to give their best. Unfortunately, the current situation feels very different. The main issue is the management style and the way employees are being treated. A lot of employees feel that their concerns are not being heard, and internal management decisions are affecting the overall culture and motivation of the team.Another serious concern is that employees are being pushed to give positive Google reviews, which creates a false picture of the actual situation. A company’s reputation should come from genuine employee experiences and a good working environment, not from forced reviews. If leadership is aware of these problems and still does not take action, it raises questions about how seriously employee concerns and company growth are being considered.A manager’s responsibility is to handle projects and support the team, not to create an environment where employees feel pressured or ignored. If a management approach is becoming a reason for company problems, then leadership should take responsibility and make the necessary changes. The company has the potential to grow, but it needs the right leadership, fair decisions, and a culture where employees feel respected and valued. I hope the management focuses on solving internal issues rather than only protecting the company’s image. "Hari Patel's Review Sourced from Google
Work culture is decent and work-life balance is manageable. Good opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience. "Shaiva Naik's Review Sourced from Google
