disgusting seller who will lie and keep your money and not send the goods. Also does not consider it necessary to answer messages. (life chat also did not work all day) I had to open 2 disputes so that after 10 days of waiting for the goods to wait another 10 days for this greedy seller to deign to return my money for the obligations he did not fulfill. I will not buy anything else and do not recommend anyone to buy here. How much of my nerves and expectations were wasted to receive the purchase. humiliating "

But, how do we really know if a shoe is gonna be comfy or not? Marketing can be misleading, so I decided to take matters into my own "brains".I started searching for the perfect shoe for my lifestyle, but it wasn't easy. I learned that you can't always trust online reviews, and that trying on shoes in person is a must. And then, it happened - I stumbled upon Ecco Shoes at Town Center, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer.I had walked past that store so many times before, (duh) but never went in until I had a bit of a mishap (aka a fall). Luckily, they were having a huge sale, and I decided to give it a shot. And, oh...that walking shoe fit like a glove! The grip was amazing, and I felt like I was walking on clouds. Plus, the quality is top-notch - made from durable, high-tech leather from Denmark since 1963.What really impressed me, though, was the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable.The store itself was bright and organized, with separate sections for men and women.My whole family purchased shoes too and loved them.The built in arch and heel support are amazing! There was no break-in period time & felt like it was made for us.So here's the thing:- Not all shoes are created equal-You gotta try them on and feel them out-Make sure its worth the $, and worth the effort.-Do your dilligence until it becomes a winner in your book*Happy Shoe shopping Friends! "

Buyer beware at Boca Town Center location: ECCO doesn't have an extended holiday return policy as most stores does this time of year. It's their standard 30 day return policy, no problem. I bought shoes totaling over $200 for a Christmas present on November 20th. After purchasing I noticed the receipt read 30 days return policy. I went back to the store to return the shoes the same day, because December 25th is over 30 days away from November 20th, the manager said, "no problem, you can return them 60 days later." Nope! I returned them immediately as the receipt said "30 days"..always go by what the receipt says and not word of mouth. "

Jake gave excellent customer service. I first called to check on availability of a certain model shoe. Once in the store, I learned from Jake that another model would better suit my needs. He was patient, helpful and guided me toward the best product for me. He went above and beyond and I am grateful for his expertise and experience. Nice selection, but if they don't have the color or size you are looking for, they are willing to get it for you.Ecco brand has been a line our whole family uses. It gives great support and comfort. Happy to have a local store that can service us in person. "
