My experience with Eastvantage Morocco was unfortunately one of the worst professional experiences I have ever had. I waited for three months without doing any work within the company and without a contract, and when I inquired about the situation, I did not receive any clear answers; I was simply asked to wait, hoping that there would be a project for us to work on.As the end of the trial period approached, I was informed that there were no available projects, which caused my time to be wasted without any benefit. They also lack professionalism and transparency in their dealings, which made the experience even worse.Therefore, I advise everyone to be cautious before joining this company and to ensure that there are actual projects available before making any decisions, in order to avoid wasting time. "

People = 5 stars. Company itself = 1 star. Good for starters. Don't even bother staying here for years, they do not care. "

I was ghosted after I was verbally offered a job over the phone.On March 7, 2024, a recruiter contacted me, stating that she came across my application via LinkedIn. At that time, I had already received a job offer from another company but hadn't committed to it as I was exploring different opportunities. When asked by the recruiter if I had any pending applications elsewhere, I honestly disclosed that I had a pending job offer but had not yet accepted it. The recruiter then discussed the job position, salary package, and shift schedule then I expressed my interest to procced. She then scheduled me for an interview with the hiring managers.On March 8, 2024, I completed my initial interview, assessment, and final interview. On the same date, the recruiter contacted me to inform me that I had successfully passed the interviews. She mentioned that the job offer would be extended to me within the same day. She asked me whether I could start on March 18, 2024 and I confirmed my availability for that date.I immediately notified the other company via email that I was withdrawing my application. Explained the reason and they acknowledged my decision.Despite the assurance that the job offer will be rolled out within that day, I did not receive the said job offer.The day after, the recruiter followed up with me, explaining that the job offer was still pending as the client haven't signed it. She apologized for the delay and advised me to keep me updated.On March 14, four days prior to the said start date, I contacted the recruiter to inquire about the status of the job offer, the recruiter provided an update, indicating that it's still pending as it has not yet signed by the client. She assured me she would keep me informed. However, after that communication, I did not receive any further updates despite my attempts to reach out to the recruiter.I was left frustrated and disappointed. I waited patiently for more than a month, hopeful to receive communication from them, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response.If for any reason, client did not sign the contract or they found someone else for the job, they could have at least informed me.I waisted my time and the job opportunity from other company in favor with them. Very unprofessional! "

PROS: No ideaCONS:1. This company does not entertain IJPs at all.2. Promotion interview has no feed back.3. Job referral process if very slow indeed.4. No bonus / profit sharing even company is growing.5. No incentive from East Vantage at all.6. Some desktop devices are still using a 3rd / 4th gen Intel i5 processors.7. Pay roll issues.8. Still practing 13th month deduction based on LWOPs. ( The only outsourcing firm that I know of or one of the fews that is still praciting such thing.An employee there had motor cycle accident and run out of leaves due medical rest and they still deducted the 13 month pay. It is legal but hearless by the looks of it in my OWN opinion.ETC. "

Pay should have been higher, but, it's still competitive. Other than that, all thumbs up! Nice people, great culture, and the environment isn't stressful as opposed to other BPO companies. "
