Responsible for all creative projects since founding Erretres in 2003.A recognised figure in the design industry, he was creative director of Matador magazine and authored his book Digital Branding in 2022, published in Japan by Cross Media Publishing.

With a background in economics and business management, Agustín built his career across BBVA and Barclays before becoming General Director at La Fábrica. Since 2017, he has been COO at Erretres, leading operations and aligning business strategy with creative growth.

Originally from England, Ollie studied Graphic and Communication Design at the University of Leeds. After working with Sky, Elmwood, and Design Council England, he joined Erretres in 2016, leading projects for the UN, McKinsey, Santander, and fintechs like Returnly and Bnext.

Xarly has over 15 years of experience in brand creation and management. He has collaborated with international consultancies and independent studios such as Interbrand, Superunion, Grávita, Zapiens, Hanzo, and Mandarina Brand Society. With over 10 years of experience in brand strategy, Clara has worked with Superunion, FutureBrand, and Baud for clients like Acciona, BBVA, Cepsa, and Vodafone. She lectures at Rey Juan Carlos and Villanueva universities and holds degrees in Advertising and Innovation Management.

Angélica is a digital product designer who has worked with Santander, BlueBanana, Grenergy, and IE University. She leads UX, UI, and design system development, ensuring quality and accessibility. She also teaches coding at the Escuela Superior de Diseño de Madrid.

With over 15 years of experience in art and contemporary culture, Esther has managed multidisciplinary projects across sectors. Since joining Erretres in 2012, she has led work for clients such as KPMG, Telefónica, UNICEF, Santander, Movistar, and Grupo Pachá.

With a degree in Philology, Rocío spent 15 years at La Fábrica as a project coordinator. Since joining Erretres in 2017, she has managed projects for clients such as the United Nations, McKinsey, Yessing, Everis, EYs 4AM, and Quantum Energy Squares.
