DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used Explorate to ship our products, and I was extremely disappointed with how they conduct business. Their customer service is shocking, and the way they speak to customers is absolutely appalling. To make matters worse, they continue to send additional invoices every few weeks with no clear explanation. I strongly advise others to avoid them. "
