Had a Google meeting with Five Star Commerce to review Amazon PPC. I was given excellent advice about how to fix an issue for free. Even offered to pay for the consultation and they would not accept it. Very few honest companies like this out there any more. "Troy Hake's Review Sourced from Google
The Five Star Commerce team is a valuable resource for Amazon sellers! The team expertly facilitated the fix of a complex listing error that I could not resolve independently and that was blocking my ability to sell my product. They are knowledgeable about Amazon listings and the escalations process for sellers, responsive, efficient, and professional. "Amy Jnah's Review Sourced from Google
We've tried MANY agencies in the past and they've all started out strong with big promises and big ideas, and then none of them came to fruition, work wasn't done, and they would take forever to respond to any emails. That said, we were prepared to be disappointed yet again when we tried out Five Star, but it has been the OPPOSITE experience. They are SUPER responsive, proactive, organized, and we LOVE our Project Manager, Connor. Seriously - he is responsible for all 5 of these stars. He is ON IT. He alerts us to upcoming opportunity and problems, makes great creatives, and keeps us all moving the in the same direction. 10/10 "Michelle Teichert's Review Sourced from Google
I have been working with Courtney at Five Star Commerce for years, and she has been absolutely incredible. Courtney has always handled my Amazon account with the highest level of professionalism. Whenever issues came up, Courtney quickly resolved them and made sure everything was taken care of with Amazon directly. She updated and edited my listings with complete accuracy, and she always stayed on top of every detail.Courtney has been such an important part of my business success on Amazon. After years of her dedication, I am so sad to see her leaving. We will truly miss Courtney — her expertise, her support, and her commitment to excellence. Anyone who gets the chance to work with Courtney in the future will be very fortunate. Amer "amer's Review Sourced from Google
I did the free call appointment to try to learn about Fulfillment By Amazon, for a business I am considering launching. I spoke with McKay, who was very helpful. Even though I am in the contemplation stage and he realized I wouldn't really need their services, he was super helpful and gave me great advice on what I want to do. Didn't try to upsell me or blow me off because I was a dud lead. Very glad I called and if I do want an Amazon/ E Store presence in the future, I'll definitely call 5 Star. "John Reeves's Review Sourced from Google

Great experience. Was able to essentially solve our Amazon question with minutes in the introductory call. McKay was very easy to work with and didn't try to oversell. He was forthcoming with information recognized that we needed a 5-minute consultation rather that a drawn-out project. Five Star will be my go-to for Amazon questions in the future. FSC has been a pleasure to work with and they have delivered significant results. Our company accidently put ourselves in a jam with Amazon. FSC was able to work us out of that situation and then build out our products and facilitate sales. Their managers are excellent and they have a team of talented specialists behind the scenes that know how to optimize the job. They also answer the phone and respond when you need someone to lean on. FSC is a good company. "Project Name: Amazon Marketing

Can’t say enough good things about McKay and the Five Star Commerce team. Reached out to them a week ago about category approval issues on Amazon and they got right to work with helping me get an Amazon representative. They are very easy to work with and don’t charge an arm and a leg! "Project Name: Amazon Marketing

I am very pleased with the work Five Star Commerce was able to do for our US Amazon store. I would highly recommend their services! We had previously hired a different, big consultant who failed to get any of our medical device products listed on US Amazon over 6 months. Then we tried on our own to get our medical device products listed on US Amazon for another 6 months without any success. These are very technical listings and hard to get approved. We finally hired Five Star Commerce in August 2023 and within 1 month, they got our best selling medical device listed. (Well done, Bryce!) I wish I had found them sooner! They were also very clear about communicating their fees and had very reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend their services! "Project Name: Affiliate Marketing Services.
