Update: I chose to revise my original rating of 1 star due to the fact that the financial accounting documentation that I had been requesting was finally provided.I would not recommend retaining Fotex Labs’ social media services. After 6 months, my small business didn’t have enough increase in revenue to justify continuing our contract, despite Fotex’s guarantee to create content and strategically advertise my business across multiple platforms.Upon the conclusion of our contract, Fortex has repeatedly ignored my requests to provide a detailed, transparent overview of how my business’ $300 per month for paid ads was spent. This lack of documentation and honest communication leads me to believe our funds were not utilized as promised. "
