I didn't have the greatest experience with our previous provider and started looking for a new one earlier this year. The Director of IT (David) came and met with me, listened to my concerns, and took the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish as a company. The onboarding process was very smooth at a phenomenal price. Since then, we have had GR Tech do multiple jobs and installations for us, and all of them were done correctly and professionally. Kevin came to our shop and set up/installed new switches, a wall mounted server rack, configured a VPN and VLAN, and cleaned up all of the cables in our server room, cutting them to length and patching them into the switch all in a single night!
