Ron Gray has over 30 years of Federal Government contracting experience supporting DoD and NASA customers in Huntsville, AL and Washington, DC. He has managed technical and business organizations his entire career and has specific expertise in the growth and management of small businesses.

Scott Gray leads the Gray Analytics Team. He is responsible for setting growth strategies and execution plans with an emphasis on solving our client's complex technical challenges with the highest levels of client satisfaction and Gray Analytics team member morale.

Ed has over 40 years of Federal Government contracting experience supporting DoD and NASA customers. He has provided independent subject matter expertise for technical and management issues to the Government and private industry in the DoD and homeland security sectors.

Jennifer leads Gray Analytics' back office, managing all functional areas of corporate administration. She leads the day to day operations and delivers on strategy and operational plans, taking them from the planning process to completion based on the strategic vision for the company.

David has over 20 years' experience performing Systems Engineering, Cyber Security, and Program Management duties for the Department of Defense. Prior to joining Gray Analytics, David spent 10 years with the Missile Defense Agency where he served as a Systems Engineering Chief.

Brandon leads our commercial cybersecurity operations and has over 10 years' experience in strategic operations and business development demonstrated in diverse industries including software as a service, network security services, and partner management for commercial and federal companies.

Jay is the former U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama. As U.S. Attorney, he created the Prosecutor-to-Prosecutor Program and the OD Leads System which are now nationally recognized best practices among U.S. Attorneys. Jay served on several of the Attorney General's committees.

Hunter has more than 20 years' experience performing program management for the DoD. Over the last 12 years he has worked for the MDA where he led the development and execution of C2BMC Defensive Cyber Ops strategy, oversaw participation in DOT&E, TSMO, and CCMD PenTesting, and led system upgrades.

Charlie leads our West Coast operations and opened our Los Angeles office. He also helps drive Gray Analytics' strategic planning and business development for ChainShield™. In addition, Charlie has experience developing business in the professional consulting and commercial real estate industries.

Jennifer is a professional with 6 years of human resource management experience. She has notable experience in strategic planning, performance management, federal and state law compliance, employee benefits, compensation, training and development, management coaching, and apprentice programs.
