Jeremy at Align Tek delivered my new printer/scanner/fax machine yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about his help. He made sure that I understood the functions on my new machine and he made sure that all functions worked properly before he left. He was patient as I am not tech savvy and made sure I could operate the machine with good knowledge. Jeremy is always kind, very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure he explains everything or corrects the issue as promptly as possible. He follows through and if he can't get an issue fixed while on the phone with me then he always calls or emails me to make sure the issue is resolved.
