Recuiter Rashi Sahu connected me over Linkedin for job opportunity. Online Interview was scheduled for next day. I kept waiting at scheduled time for interview nobody showed up, after 15-20mins i pinged the recuiter over linkedin for which she replied that within next 15 mins they will connect me( i did smell the unprofessionalism).After 15 min online interview started. Interviewer asked about my profile and general questions.( No technical questions). And said they will inform me for next round.After 2 days or so i tried connecting recuiter, as expected no response. I did send email to share the feedback of first round of discussion, again- no response.I am not complaining as i have experienced such unprofessional attitude with recruiter earlier as well in other organisations.So this is just a kind request to all HR teams/recuiters. For you person is just a candidate who may or may not be a perfect fit for your requirement, but for a candidate you are a actual 'HUMAN' resource from whom he expects humble genuine response as your response/feedback helps him to improve and fine tune his upcoming career.Again I am requesting to share my proper feedback. (Eg. if have not cleared the first round, where i am lagging, what area i need to improve? Or whatever is the status).ThanksPrithviraj Soni "

Had the misfortune of starting a conversation with them at CeBit 2018, the conversation was simple lets have a meeting 2 days later at 11am, instead received many phone calls at 9pm, 10pm the same day! Their lack of professionalism really showed as they denied this rather than apologize. With their lack of professionalism and honesty I cancelled our scheduled appointment explaining the reasons why. Surely you cannot be that dumb to realize No means No! Well these guys must be short of work as I keep getting phone calls and linkedin requests. I would not recommend engaging with this company and please stop trying to engage as it is becoming very rude. "
