The CTO and co-founder himself claimed a quick app MVP development, especially by using AI. But couldn't deliver on own promises. Most of the planned tasks weren't completed in time. A lot of backend work, the failure of AI and inital planning was always the excuse and that it will be faster in the future. It got just slower and slower, multiple deadlines were missed, without any notice or action to mitigate it. Front-end work lacked basic UX skills. Even copying existing UI templates seemed too complicated for him. Simple buttons were a challenge. Disputed time was used for blackmailing to end the contract. When he should have shown accountability for his work, he went for drama and ended the contract and the project only half finished while consuming almost the complete budget.
