The comprehension level of all the team members is great, just a simple explanation serves as the basis for them to take my thoughts and turn it into the creation I have imagined. I needed an AI engine to handle the flood of bookings our reservation call centre was handling 24/7. The apps reduce our staff workload by almost 40% in the first 2 months. It isn't so easy to understand the gentle language nuances of all the different races in Malaysia however the AI engine surprised us. Recommended!
