My experience with iPrism was the worst I have had with any software development company, and a major reason for that was the way Masrat (owner ) handled the situation.After taking full payment and completing the project, I expected a proper handover of all project assets, source files, databases, reports, credentials, and administrative access. Unfortunately, that never happened despite countless follow-ups.Masrat repeatedly failed to take ownership of the issue. Whenever I requested important project credentials or assets, I was either given incomplete information, old passwords that did not work, or vague responses. When I informed him that the credentials were not working, the usual response was that the password had already been shared and he did not know why it was not opening.The most frustrating part was the complete lack of accountability. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was often redirected elsewhere or told to check things myself without any proper support. The project team regularly claimed that requests were "out of scope," and when escalated to Masrat, there was still no meaningful resolution.A client should never have to struggle to get access to assets that they have already paid for. Yet that is exactly what happened in my case.I have spent a significant amount of money on this project and later had to invest additional time, effort, and money elsewhere because of the way this situation was handled.Masrat may deny these concerns, but I have records of my communications and repeated requests. I am sharing this review based entirely on my genuine experience as a paying client.My advice to anyone considering working with iPrism or Masrat: make sure ownership and handover of every asset, credential, source file, database, hosting account, and admin account is clearly defined in writing before you proceed.Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend working with them.#stay alert with them. "
