My interview experience with ISkyler Technologies left me quite disappointed. I applied for a Laravel Developer role as a fresher, and I expected the interview to focus on my technical skills and knowledge relevant to the position.However, to my surprise, the majority of the written exam consisted of aptitude and mathematics questions, which had little to do with my tech-stack. I felt unprepared and wondered why these questions were included in the first place. Out of around 25 questions, only a small fraction pertained to the skills I had prepared for.Following the objective questions written exam, I was asked to consider taking paid training for Laravel, which would include fees. It felt like I was being pushed into a training program rather than being assessed for my qualifications. I found this approach unprofessional and unexpected for a job interview.While I appreciate the opportunity to interview with ISkyler Technologies, I believe that the interview process should have been more aligned with the advertised role and the skills I had prepared for. It left me with a sense of disappointment and confusion.In the end, I decided not to proceed with their training program and placement assistance, as it didn't align with my career goals and expectations for a job interview. "
