Our story begins in 1997 when our founder, Chris Wilson, was asked to build the first ever website for Harrogate Borough Council. A former newspaper journalist, Chris saw a huge opportunity to enter the emerging world of tech and digital for businesses to advertise their businesses online and, as a result, Kariba was born

Over the coming years, Kariba went about designing and building websites for businesses of all sizes, including a number of start-ups who are, themselves, sizeable businesses today. With the possibilities expanding, so did the team, with Chris building a small team of design and digital specialists to help him service the ever-growing list of happy clients.

Fast forward to today and, 25 years later, Kariba is still designing and building websites and eCommerce solutions for clients across various different industries, but now the focus is on delivering digital marketing campaigns which provide exceptional levels of return on investment. Although were happy to work with any business in any industry, we have a particular specialism in B2C, especially those in the eCommerce and Home Improvement sectors.
