Specifically, over a period of 4 years, as director, Kim was an integral part of the growth of Bath & Body Works from a 1 Million to
over a 5 Billion dollar brand.

For the last few years, Kim has worked with the Global Package Creative teams for bareMinerals/Shiseido, NARS and eos, leveraging her luxury Home Fragrance experience and expertise in innovation as well as awareness in sustainability that shes brought to the skincare and cosmetic industries.
This experience reignited her passion towards these businesses which she is now targeting.
