LBITS provides WordPress and custom website development, custom AI tools, and ongoing website maintenance. Its website services focus on clear, search-ready websites, while its AI development covers practical tools such as comparators, quizzes, intake assistants, internal dashboards, and FAQ chatbots. The studio also offers care plans covering software updates, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, performance checks, content updates, rollback capabilities, documentation, and ongoing support.

The studio follows an async-first, three-step process: clients explain what they need, LBITS provides a written plan, timeline, and price, and then the team builds and documents the resulting website or tool. It emphasizes written quotes and clear scope before work begins, with clients retaining ownership of their accounts, domains, and files. AI is used as a productivity tool for research, drafts, support chat, and internal tools, while the company maintains human oversight and responds to clients within one business day.
