This is an absolutely awful company and you should avoid them like the plague. Do NOT fall for the fake 5-star reviews.Their service is terrible. Call handlers are NOT high quality, and make minimal effort on the phone. We've had multiple clients come in to our premesis physically distretted, crying and angry because of how call handlers have spoken to them.This is terrible considering the very high price this company charges compared to other places, which we should have researched deeper.If you dare question their service, they'll make up every excuse under the sun and gaslight you. Provide the call audio, however? Never. It doesn't matter how many times you tell them the call needs to be set up to provide a disclaimer and record audio, they'll NEVER provide you with the audio from their calls.This is NOT a transparent service. They charge top dollar, provide the lowest quality service, and gaslight you when you dare question them.This company cost us a lot of business and I would highly recommend you reconsider using them if you are looking here for advice. "

Extremely unhappy. Refuse to not accept calls from numbers I have explicitly told them to block. Charge me for every second on call, purposely extending them for more fees. I refused to pay invoices as they stopped service and carried on charging me for 3 months where they didn't do anything! Now I've had a letter pursuing legal action...bring it on. "

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was far from satisfactory. As a small business owner, I initially signed up for a trial through their sales representative. However, I was not informed that, after the trial period, it would take 4-5 minutes just to gather basic caller information such as name, email address, phone number, and the reason for calling. When I raised concerns about these delays, I didn’t receive a clear response—instead, I felt like I was met with arguments and an unprofessional approach. I was charged over £550 for my first month with message direct and for second month £350. I was informed I would be charged 0.64 per day.I gave notice to terminate my service in August 2024, but I was informed that I would still be charged until November due to the contract terms I had signed. Overall, the lack of transparency and the difficulty in resolving my concerns made this a disappointing experience. The practises of the company are questionable. The website and marketing is contradicting their actions. "
