All of our guests agreed that it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to, and it is all thanks to Weddings and Events by Natalia Ortiz.As Americans looking to do a destination wedding in Spain, we knew having the right wedding planner could make or break our wedding experience. We were worried about language/cultural barriers, planning everything virtually, and trusting someone we'd never met to plan one of the most important days of our lives. If you are having these same worries, we can promise you that Natalia's team are the people for you! We don't have a single bad word to say about our experience with them. A few things we want to highlight about with them:1. Personalization - From the moment we reached out to Natalia's team, they made us feel heard and special. Other vendors we had emailed just sent us generic replies or started suggesting venues/vendors even though we hadn't met them or told them anything about what we were looking for. Natalia's team reached out to us and asked for a call to discuss what we were looking for. We had 2 introductory calls to go over questions/preferences before we even signed a contract with them. We were really impressed by the fact they wanted to get to know us as individuals and a couple before we decided to move forward together. This continued throughout the entire planning process. For example, if the first set of recommended vendors weren't what we wanted, they would always ask for our feedback and the next set of recommendations would be exactly what we were looking for.2. Responsiveness - I also was very impressed by their responsiveness, especially when dealing with the time difference. Whether it be email or video calls, I always felt I had access to them without delay so we can check on status and make decisions quickly.3. Day-of coordination: Although we had worked with one planner most of the planning process, they brought an additional coordinator and Natalia in as we go closer to the date. With all of our guests coming in from abroad, I really appreciated that they were accessible to not only us, but also our guests, in the days leading up to our wedding. They made sure everyone was able to easily and safely make it to the wedding! They also all were present the day of the wedding, which gave us assurance that the day would run smoothly. Even if something didn’t going exactly as planned, they were there to jump in and make sure the day ran smoothly.I want to give a special shoutout to Margarita who was our specific planner with Natalia's team. She was an absolute joy to work with and will forever hold a special place in our heart as the person that gave us the wedding of our dreams. We absolutely could have not done it without her.
